Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2026

What we collect

We collect nothing. Paniniyam is a fully static site with no server, no database, and no analytics. No personal data is transmitted to or stored by us at any point.

Your notes & Google Drive

The optional "Your notes" feature uses Google OAuth 2.0 with the drive.file scope. This scope gives the app access only to files it creates — specifically one file (paniniyam-notes.json) stored in your own Google Drive. We never read, access, or store any other files in your Drive, and we never receive or store your notes on our servers. Your notes are your data, living entirely in your account.

Sign-out & revocation

Signing out immediately revokes the app's access token. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the app can no longer access your Drive until you sign in again.

Cookies & tracking

No cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party analytics of any kind. The only external services loaded are Google Fonts (for typography) and Google Identity Services (for the optional sign-in feature).

Third-party services

Content is served via jsDelivr CDN (open data) and Cloudflare R2 (owner-authored content). These services may log standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp) per their own privacy policies. We have no control over and do not access these logs.

Children's privacy

Paniniyam does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The site is an educational reference tool with no user registration or data collection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
